BLOOM was founded in 2023 after observing that pediatric therapy services and resources were limited in the Janesville, WI area. BLOOM’s mission is to provide exceptional pediatric occupational therapy services using a holistic, client-centered and strengths-based approach. BLOOM’s vision is to empower caregivers while enhancing children’s strengths, building their skills, and achieving meaningful growth over time. Essentially, giving them the tools to BLOOM where they are planted. BLOOM values collaboration, integrity, compassion, and individuality.

Bethany is the owner and holistic occupational therapist at BLOOM Therapy and Wellness, LLC. Her areas of practice have focused on pediatrics in both early intervention and school based settings. She is a graduate of Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, WI where she received her Master of Occupational Therapy. Bethany is licensed as an occupational therapist in Wisconsin and Illinois and is board certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Bethany has extensive experience working with children with sensory processing differences. She believes that the human brain is as unique as a fingerprint, and that neurodiversity is beautiful! Bethany believes that children benefit from occupational therapy combined with complementary and integrative health approaches to maximize a child’s gains.

Personally, Bethany is a proud wife and mom (mama, mommy, or bruh) to three energetic and fun loving boys. She is a bonus mom to a Marine in heaven and has a forever puppy-sized dog named, Karson. Bethany spends her free time attending her children’s various sporting events, reading a good book, exercising or running the nonprofit she founded with her husband. She enjoys making memories with her family “Up North” at their cabin and cheering on her Green Bay Packers (Go Pack Go!)
